- The doctor decides whether your concern can be handled online. They may advise an in-person visit, tests, or emergency care instead.
- You need a working internet connection and a phone or computer with a camera and microphone. Novelcare is not responsible for problems caused by your connection or device.
- Please join on time from a private place. The doctor will admit you from the waiting room.
